STAY

AMANGANI One of two Aman locations in the U.S. (the third is set to open in New York in 2021). Set in a secluded hilltop retreat on the fringes of Grand Teton National Park next to Spring Creek Ranch, the Amangani offers a bar, restaurant, and pool with stunning views in summer or winter. We also recommend the Spa and outdoor Hot Tub to settle into after a long day on the slopes.

CALDERA HOUSE A new hotel located in the heart of Teton Village with interiors designed by Commune and a delicious restaurant, Old Yellowstone Garage.

FOUR SEASONS JACKSON HOLE This ski-in/ski-out hotel is situated right at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Perfect for apres-ski drinks at the Handle Bar, a soak in the pool and hot tub, massage at the Spa, or an overnight stay.

ELK REFUGE SEVEN CABINS The historic Sevin Cabins are located on an expansive property set into the foothills of Mount Jackson surrounded and protected by the adjacent National Elk Refuge and the Bridger-Teton National Forest with unimpeded views of the majestic Grand Teton Mountain Range. Perfect for a large family or group stay.

ANVIL HOTEL In the heart of Jackson, the Anvil Hotel also includes Glorietta- one of the best Italian restaurants in town.

THE WORT HOTEL Named after Charles J. Wort, a homesteader who arrived in Jackson Hole in 1893, The Wort Hotel is also in the center of town and includes The Silver Dollar Bar, which was designed and built in 1950 by a German cabinet maker using 2,032 uncirculated Morgan Silver Dollars from the Denver mint.

HOTEL JACKSON Situated just one block from Jackson’s iconic Town Square, Hotel Jackson includes Figs, a Lebanese restaurant when need a break from bison burgers!

DINE | DRINK

PERSEPHONE BAKERY Start your morning with a coffee and pastry from Persephone, and make sure to pick up a bag of their famous mini double chocolate walnut cookies to satisfy an afternoon sweet tooth. They also have a location in Wilson, closer to Teton Village.

THE GRILL AT AMANGANI The outstanding view and impressive hilltop location are the real standouts at this upscale restaurant within the Amangani Hotel.

HANDLE BAR AT THE FOUR SEASONS After a day on the slopes, walk right in and cozy up to the fire. Order the nachos, which they cut tableside. Dessert is a must- share the chocolate-chip cookie, served warm in a skillet and topped with vanilla ice cream.

OLD YELLOWSTONE GRILL An Italian restaurant within Caldera House designed by Commune, and perfect for sharing pizzas and pastas with quality cocktails and an impressive wine list.

GLORIETTA AT THE ANVIL A modern Italian restaurant attached to The Anvil Hotel in Jackson Square serving traditional food. We recommend the Osso Bucco and Ravioli d’Ouvo with a glass of Travaglini Gattinara. The bartender came from Death & Co in New York so make sure to have him mix you a drink.

ORSETTO Another option for upscale Italian in Jackson Square.

CORBET’S CABIN Savor a made-to-order waffle (the classic with nutella is our personal favorite) at 10,450 feet from Corbet’s Cabin before skiing down the double black Corbet’s Couloir, one of the steepest runs in North America.

RENDEZVOUS BISTRO Located at the top of Bridger Ski Run upstairs from Piste Bistro with outdoor seating and a view of the valley. The ski down is especially scenic.

TETON THAI A tiny, local spot that is perfect for pick-up to take home to your cabin.

MANGY MOOSE A lively, multi-story, western-style bar and restaurant that is ideal for groups. The Bison Burger and Elk Stroganoff are hearty and surprisingly delicious.

KING SUSHI Who knew some of the best sushi outside of Japan, New York, and LA could be found in…Wyoming?

ACTIVITIES

SKI The 3 ski areas include: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Snow King Mountain Resort, and Grand Targhee Resort. Corbet’s Couloir is one of the most vertical runs in North America, and there are 3,000 acres of accessible backcountry terrain.

THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF WILDLIFE ART This small art museum is set in the hillside near the airport and features works by Andy Warhol and Georgia O’Keeffe.

SPRING CREEK RANCH Spring Creek Ranch offers horseback riding, rock climbing, hiking, hot air ballooning, fly fishing, golf, tennis, whitewater rafting, and bike tours in the summer and sleigh rides, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dogsledding, heliskiing, snowmobiling, shooting, and ice skating in the winter.

DELTA LAKE A difficult hike that includes some mild scrambling, but the end is worth it. Dress warmly and pack a picnic to enjoy on the lake at the top in Glacier Gulch, which is fed rock flour from the Teton Glacier, turning the water a stunning turquoise color.

GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK The first American to see the Teton peaks is believed to be John Colter, followed by French-Canadian trappers who gave the mountain range the bawdy nickname of “grand tetons,” or “big breasts,” which ended up sticking. Located south of Yellowstone National Park and north of the town of Jackson, the Grand Teton's 310,000 acres include lush valley floors, mountain meadows, and alpine lakes.

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK Yellowstone National Park covers 3,500 square miles of wilderness atop a volcanic hot spot across Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho featuring dramatic canyons, alpine rivers, lush forests, hot springs, and gushing geysers, including its most famous, Old Faithful. It's also home to hundreds of animal species, including wolves, bison, elk, antelope, and most notably- grizzly bears.

JACKSON HOLE RODEO The bronco-riding season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

MORMON ROW An early Mormon homesteading settlement from the 1890s has become known as “Mormon Row.” Fun fact, the T.A. Moulton Barn on Antelope Flats is the most photographed sight in Jackson.

SHOP

GASLIGHT ALLEY Within the main square, Gaslight Alley includes Valley Bookstore and Made, both owned by John Frechette and his partner Christian Burch. The couple also runs Mountain Dandy across the alley, a Western-themed men’s shop featuring high-end apothecary, vintage photographs, and handmade leather accessories.
